Customer Service Nightmare!

Hi gang, so sorry. We've just realized that we have a back log of customer service requests that we haven't seen yet. We're getting to them just as fast as we possibly can, but it looks like we've been missing them since around February 12. If you've written to us and we haven't returned your email, ALL APOLOGIES! We are just getting to them now and doing what we can to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you so much for your patience.
Sigh. Sometimes owning your own website is kinda hard (cue tiny violin).

The security code function is not working! I cannot reply to any msgs sent to me and I can't even send customer support a message because it says invalid security code. Have tried endless different security codes and they are all typed in correctly. Anyone else having this problem?
